Wild Game Avocado Toast

I have a friend who owns a restaurant and whose son loves Avocado Toast, which has shown up on breakfast and brunch menus everywhere. While this is a fast and healthy way to start your day, it is easily made at home and this version has al little wild game to spice it up!
1 Slice Bread of Choice (I have used multi grain and my homemade bagels show here)
½ Ripe Avocado
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Onion Powder
Pinch of Garlic Powder
Pinch of Pepper
Steak (thinly sliced seasoned with Salt and Pepper)
Egg (optional)
Toast your slice of bread until golden and firm.
Heat 1 TBS of olive oil in a pan and cook the steak until done.
Remove the pit from your avocado. Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh. Put it in a bowl and mash it up with a fork until it’s as smooth as you like it. Mix in salt, onion and garlic powder and pepper.
Spread avocado on top of your toast. Top with the steak and egg (if using) and enjoy!
