Pheasant Salad Sandwiches

I love to make a batch of this on Sunday and then take it for my lunch. You can also ditch the bread and serve on a bed of greens or as a dip with celery.


Pheasant Salad Sandwiches

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1 apple, diced

  • 2 cups of shredded pheasant, use this recipe

  • 1/2 teaspoon of celery seed

  • 2 tablespoons of relish

  • 3 tablespoons of Mayo

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt

  • salt and pepper to taste

Place the lemon juice in a bowl and add a cup of cold water. Dice the apple place the pieces in the bowl as you go to keep them from browning. Mix all the other ingredients together and then drain the apple and add.
