Salmon Tar Tar

This is a light fresh dish or appetizer that celebrates this delicious protein.

Salmon Tar Tar

  • 1 ½ Cup Salmon, cut into bit size pieces

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 Cup fresh dill + extra for topping

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • greens and or crackers

Mix all of the ingredients together and salt and pepper to taste. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours. Serve over greens as a salad or on your favorite cracker as an appetizer.
